The Forest Studio offers nature-based mindfulness and self-reflective classes, workshops, retreats, and depth psychology coaching. Each designed to help individuals, groups, and organizations regenerate and flourish through the application of contemplative arts and states of mind. 


Our programming is enriching and experiential, engaging mind, body, spirit, and the elements of the natural world. We believe that being in connection with the forests, oceans, stars, and everything wild is the best medicine for our well-being, growth and happiness - and for the healing and regeneration of the planet.
